Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA) from A.I.R.
The RA number must be clearly listed on the outside of the box or on the return label. (see below).
Returns are subject to inspection, and A.I.R. reserves the right to determine the condition and completeness of returned products.
All returns must be shipped back to A.I.R. in the original packaging and insured. If you need new packaging A.I.R. will provide shipping materials at a nominal fee.
A.I.R. cannot be responsible for returns which are lost, misdirected, or damaged during shipment.
Returns that are authorized as a Limited Warranty return are subject to the following:
Returns covered under the Limited Warranty are not subject to restocking fees and A.I.R. will accept shipping costs back to A.I.R. for ground only (arranged during the RA process). Please allow up to 10 days after A.I.R. receipt for your product to be repaired or for a new product to be shipped back to you.
Returns that are not authorized as a Limited Warranty return are subject to the following additional requirements:
Returns must be received by A.I.R. within Thirty (30) days of initial shipment to the customer.
The customer must pay the shipping costs, insurance and a restocking charge of 15% of the original invoice amount applies to all returns that are not authorized as a Limited Warranty return.
All accessories including owner's manuals and installation guidelines must be returned. Otherwise, an additional $50 charge will apply.
